The hotel had a lovely, clean room but it was very old and tired with a musty smell. The location was convenient with easy access to Surfers Paradise, although the place could use some renovation. The staff were friendly and helpful, but somewhat unprofessional at times.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was exceptionally spacious with a lovely balcony view, but I was disappointed by the lack of room service or restaurant facilities in the evenings. The service was spot-on, with friendly and helpful staff always available. The location was convenient for shopping and dining in Surfers Paradise, although there was some construction noise. The dining options were satisfactory with a nice selection available. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.

Our sneaky romantic getaway exceeded our expectations with lovely new furnishings and fully renovated kitchen and bathroom. However, the tired look of the 'luxurious jacuzzi suite' was a downside, quickly resolved by moving to a new room.
